Katie was born and raised in the "Big Apple" and still resides there. She had the fortune of being introduced to Blatantly Subtle through Jace McLean, another member of the BATS-the resident acting company of the Flea Theatre. She is currently starring in sold-out high flying hit WICKETS- this radical adaptation of Maria Irene Fornes' mystery play "Fefu and Her Friends," where eight 1970's stewardesses find themselves split between the private self and the public persona. It was a favorite amongst New York Critics - New York Times, Time Out New York, NY Post, Backstage, Village Voice,PAPER,GO Magazine, etc...
